NOTE: Request forms are assigned by group type. Seeing the link to a request form does not guarantee access.
- Beginning July 1, 2019 all event requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. For meeting requests, select your assigned request form to see booking rules.
- NEW! All UK faculty, staff, PhD students, and STEPS employees can now login with their link blue user name (abc123) and password! Account requests no longer necessary for UK users.
- Fall meeting requests now open! Spring requests will be approved after December 1st.
- Student organization accounts are auto created from BBNvolved. Email email@example.com for assistance with RSO accounts.
