UK Users 

UK users automatically receive an account upon hire, entry into BBNvolved for student orgs, or enrollment for study rooms.
 

Non-Affiliated Users (Existing User)

For community users who do not have a linkblue username and have already received an EMS account.


Non-Affiliated Users (New Account Request)

For community users who need an EMS account to request space.  Allow 48 hours for account approval.
Information
  • Requests for Fall 2026 meeting and tabling events are open until 12/31/26. Spring 2027 meeting and tabling events open 12/1/2026. 
  • Request forms are assigned by group type.  Seeing the link to a request form does not guarantee access.  
  • Event requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.  For meeting requests, select your assigned request form to see booking rules
  • Non-Affiliated Users with an existing account that are having sign-in issues for Meet at Big Blue, please contact EMStechsupport@uky.edu for support.
